Owner Aaron Amundson brings more than 30 years of experience in the service industry to every customer interaction. His work ethic began early, growing up in his parents’ business, where he learned firsthand that customer service isn’t just part of a job — it’s the foundation of a successful one. Aaron was born and raised in Prairie Farm, Wisconsin, and for the past 10 years has called Chetek home with his family.

 

Today, Aaron works side-by-side with his son, Ethan, who is full time in the business. Together, they are hands-on in daily operations — from helping customers choose the right dock, lift, or trailer to ensuring installations are completed with care and precision. When you call or stop in, you’re talking directly to the people who own and operate the company.
